We now have a home building company here on the mountain. We have 2 children, one in college and one in middle school. My pastimes include golfing, hiking, and gardening. I grew up in Portland attending David Douglas High School and am alum of Willamette University and the University of Montana. I spent many summers Visiting my grandparents who lived in a log home on the Sandy River, growing to love Mt. Hood. My wife Margaret and I moved to the mountain in 1977. Our son, David, is an avid fly fisherman and is a student at the University of Portland.
